Responsibilities
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Sales Department
• Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
• Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication
• Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
• Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Get leads that develop into new customers
Qualifications
• Computer literate.
• Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
• Graduate preferable in Marketing Specialization.
• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
• Good verbal communication.
• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Timing: 10 to 6
Working days: 6
