Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, answering incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products/services, follow up on leads, and generate sales.
Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries using CRM software.
Feedback: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for product/service improvement.
Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
