Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming queries, making outbound calls to potential clients, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Understand customer requirements and route inquiries to the appropriate sales personnel.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in customer service or sales.
Proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle diverse types of clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
