Roles and Responsibilities
Employees should be able to deliver a maximum number of outbound calls and conversions per day.
End to end closure is expected, from hiring till onboarding of the candidate.
Should have good verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
Employees should have strong persuasive abilities, and also ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Good listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
Skills:
Good communication in English and Marathi or Kannada.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word files.
Clarity in voice and accent.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
