Salary: 15k to 20k
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and answer inbound calls from existing customers.
Provide detailed information about the company's products and services.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
