We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals for our Premium cleint. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This role requires good communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits to potential customers
• Answer customer questions and address concerns to the best of your knowledge
• Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation with customers
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer experience
Requirements:
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns
• Proven track record in telemarketing or sales will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
