Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented female telecaller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide product information.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
