Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Generate and qualify leads for sales or services
Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required
Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi, English (Marathi is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
Good listening skills and clarity in speech
Time management and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
