Job Description for Tele Caller Executive:

Responsibilities for Tele Caller Executive:
01) Do outbound telesales calls to potential leads and convert them into prospects who will enroll to our course
02) Maintain data about the interactions with customers and continue follow up to get enrollments
03) Possess good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi
04) Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients/guests
05) Monthly Salary includes salary in hand + Monthly Sales Incentives
06) Promotion opportunities in 6 months based on good performance by the candidates
07) Complete process training will be provided by the Management to adapt desired product knowledge
Required Skills:
01) Target driven sales track record
02) Education qualification like Diploma, Undergraduate or Graduate are welcome
03) Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele sales are preferred. Fresher’s with good confidence are also welcome
04) Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 to 15 days would be preferred
05) Candidate with tele-calling experience in industries like education, banking, insurance, credit card sales, holiday package sales would be a plus
06) Incentives are paid based on calculations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
07) Good at convincing skills
