A tele caller, also known as a telemarketer, is a professional who makes phone calls to potential customers in order to promote or sell a product or service. The main job of a tele caller is to make calls, explain the features and benefits of the product or service they are selling, and convince the potential customer to make a purchase.

Job Title: Tele Caller/Telemarketer
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Warje, Pune-Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about the product or service being offered.
Follow a script while making calls and ensure that all the required information is provided to the customer.
Maintain a professional and polite tone while speaking to customers and answer any questions they may have about the product or service.
Keep accurate records of all calls made and maintain a database of potential customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the product or service.
Provide feedback to the management team about the effectiveness of the sales script and any customer concerns or suggestions.
Ensure that all calls are made in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of basic computer skills, including using a CRM system and Microsoft Office.
Must be able to speak multiple languages to communicate with customers from different regions.
Must be able to work in a team environment and be a team player.
Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to changes.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Training in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an added advantage.
