• Handling Inbound & Outbound calls.
• Answering phones & explanning the product & services offered by the company.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers for feedback & requirements.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in BPO sector.
