Job Title: Telecaller - B2B IT Recruitments
Mode: Work from Home
Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Tele Calling and be able to effectively communicate with potential clients. The telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients
Qualify prospects and identify their Recruitment needs
Present the company's Recruitment services
Maintain a CRM/Report database of contacts on daily basis
Track and report on progress
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
0-1 years of experience in B2B sales or telemarketing, Freshers can also apply
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
