We are hiring experienced Telecallers / Sales Executives with a strong sales mindset. The role involves calling potential customers, pitching services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound leads and inquiries
Pitch products/services confidently over calls
Generate and qualify leads
Follow up with clients to close sales
Maintain call records and update CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales / telecalling (mandatory)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Languages: Hindi & English (Marathi preferred)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in BPO / Telecalling / Sales roles
Confident, energetic, and result-driven
