Responsibilities:
Digital Mentor Tele calling Executive will be Responsible For the Following:
Generation of Leads through Cold Calls, Company’s Old Database
Conduct calls to book meetings with potential students interested.
Research and analysis of Generated leads, targets should be achieved.
Task & Activities:
Handling inbound calls & outbound calls
Understand Student’s needs
Acknowledges students by responding to introductory emails, texts, and phone calls
Maintaining the student’s data & feedback given by the students.
Establish an effective communication network and work closely with all internal teams and other supporting groups.
Follow-up regarding admissions & closing admissions. Ensure strict adherence of sales/admission process & internal procedures will work closely with the digital marketing team and generate leads.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,780.57 - ₹12,000.00 per month
