Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience required: - Minimum 6 months in telecalling.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills. (HIndi)
• Good convincing power with confidence.
• Result oriented.
Responsibilities
• Quickly responding to phone calls handling consumer inquiries, and providing all the information requested by customers.
• Meeting the sales goal on a regular basis.
• Gathering data about customers.
• The ability to work in a team is a must.
• The generation of leads, keeping records, managing databases, and reporting to the manager.
• Perform other tasks, such as intercompany work, should be carried out as directed.
