Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using the provided lead lists.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
• Customer Engagement Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
• Needs Assessment: Listen to customers' needs, answer their questions, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase.
• Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns confidently to overcome obstacles to the sale.
• Closing Sales: Skillfully close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant data in the CRM system.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals
