Description
1. Appointment scheduling: Engage potential patients in meaningful conversations to assess their needs and interests. Schedule appointments for them to visit the IVF Center and meet with the medical team for further consultation.
2.Relationship building: Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential patients, establishing trust and credibility. Address their concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a personalized experience to nurture their interest in the IVF Center's services.
3.Follow-up calls: Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential patients who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment. Provide additional information, address any concerns, and encourage them to take the next step.
4.Data management: Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Update patient information, track progress, and generate reports as required.
5.Collaboration with the marketing team: Coordinate with the marketing team to align efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
6.Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and IVF treatments. Stay informed about the IVF Center's services, success stories, and any new developments to effectively communicate with potential patients
