Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tele caller located in Delhi. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote and sell various financial products, and will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets. The Tele caller will also be responsible for maintaining a database of customer information and ensuring complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear and effective verbal communication and active listening
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales targets
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
