Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Provide detailed information about our credit card products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues; escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
What We Are Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Confidence and persuasion skills to engage customers effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office & CRM tools (Preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated and target-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejections and customer objections professionally.
