Roles and Responsibilities
Presales Support, Contact customer and update the status of Leads in CRM.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/demos.
Coordination for site visit with customers and sales team.
Making regular follow-ups with the customers. Engage and interact with decision maker at senior level.
Desired Candidate Profile ONLY FEMALE TELE CALLERS PREFERRED
Excellent in spoken English and preferably 2 other Indian languages- Hindi or Kannada or Telugu.
Must have basic knowledge of Computers and Internet. Should have a good command over English language.
Should be very smart while talking to customers over phone.
Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing. Ensure Timely & Professional Responses to all Queries.
Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Any Gradudates / Non-Graduates can apply for job (This Job is for Work From Office only)
