Job Summary
Collate Customer query online & interact via phone or e-mailer or Skype
Enter the query in a Funnel sheet & send to Business Head/Marketing
Manage the files in the office, proper supervision of filing , coordination
Handle Online e-commerce & coordination
Manage entries and develop business through new customers
Generate Leads from Industry verticals i.e. education , lifestyle, retail , banks etc
Follow-Up customer updates through search portals i..e Indiamart, Just Dial , Alibaba etc
Interact with customers on phone or email or Whatsapp for closure
Close deals with customers for advance payment of orders
Help Company maintain a proper office decorum as per Policy
Weekly Employee Connect Program for work & convene weekly meeting
Weekly accounts data entry in Zoho Portal , generate bills, make cashflow , vouchers etc
Daily submit Funnel report for IM & JD beside work on SEO leads
Meet monthly objectives set by Business Team on funnel report & closure cases
Implement company’s policies and report sent to Business Head for the progress in work
Fix customer time and follow-up for customer meeting for sales team
Meet all the generated leads without fail & comply to weekly set KRA by the Senior

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent command of English, Hindi
Very good communication skills
Strong computer skills & emailers
Minimum 2-5 years experience in handling customer querry
Customer handling ability and Office management
Go-Getter, strong connect, excellent communication
Hard-working , Strong discipline and timely closure of work
Benefits
Initial stipend of Rs 11000 per month during probation period of 3 months .
During probation period of 3 months no personal leave is granted
Maintain office timing & policies with dedication
( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm with Saturday till 3 pm )
Post 3 months based on performance & discipline at work, Job will be confirmed with 12 days leave given annually as PL beside 7 days of government statutory holidays .
Salary on confirmation will be Rs 12500 per month
On successful probation you will get a raised remuneration as per Management policy
