Job Title: Telecaller
Location : Raj nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Description: We are currently hiring Telecallers who possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, promoting our academy, and generating potential leads.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from provided contact lists
Introduce our courses offered, explain their durations, career opportunities
Answer incoming inquiries from potential candidates and provide accurate information
Schedule appointments for counselling
Maintain candidate databases and update relevant information
Meet individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation
Provide complete knowledge and handle any candidate queries or counter questions
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), Hindi, Punjabi
Strong persuasive and convincing abilities
Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with candidates over the phone
Comfortable working with call targets and deadlines
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply
Salary: The salary for this position will be as per company standards and will be discussed during the interview process
