Position: Telecalling Executive
Location: Chandivali, Mumbai
Work Hours: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
