Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
• Generate leads and qualify prospects through engaging conversations.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
• Provide insights and feedback from calls to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
• Assist in scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales or calling role, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
