We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, sharing details about our real estate offerings, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about properties.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients.
• Address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Previous telecalling experience in real estate is a plus.
• Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
• Female candidates preferred.
