We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. As a Tele-calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote products/services.
Engage in effective conversations, building a rapport and understanding customer needs.
Follow up with leads and track conversations to convert them into sales or appointments.
Provide clear and accurate information about the company’s products/services.
Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales (if applicable).
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and professionalism.
Collaborate with the sales or customer service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
