Key RESULT Areas for TELE COUNSELLOR:
1. Responsible for Lead Qualification – Telephonic
· Handling inbound telephonic enquiries and counselling them holistically in accordance with their academic requirement.
· Leading and handling outgoing calls to prospects to holistically counsel them based on their interests and make them understand the value of a Test Preparation Institute
· Follow up with the students in a timely manner.
· Qualifying leads by probing vital information about the prospect like Name, Class Studying in, School Name, Goals, etc.
· Ensuring prospects conceive a Positive Word of Mouth which brings more potential students & parents.
2. Responsible for Lead Nurturing – Telephonic
· Tele-Counselling & building relationships with parents through inside sales and maintaining rigorous follow-ups.
· Guiding students of 6-12th in their academic journey and explaining about School exams & Competitive exams like Olympiads, Scholarship Tests and Entrance exams.
· Inviting parents to visit the center for various activities like Seminars, One on One Counselling, Potential Analysis, Admission tests, etc
