Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and professionals.
Follow up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into enrollments.
Explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
Meet monthly enrollment targets.
Answer questions and resolve inquiries from prospective students.
Maintain positive relationships with leads and existing students.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead status.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling or sales.
Experience in education sales is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
