We are looking for a tellecaller in Intech Computer Institute
Location : Thane , Naupada Near Station
Type : Part time
Time : 5 Hours Daily
Holiday : Any 1 per week
Salary : 5000 - 8000 /- Per Month + Incentive
Candidate : 1 year experience or freshers are also welcome - Female
Role & Responsibility :
Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential customers or clients via telephone.
Product or Service Promotion: Introducing and promoting products or services to prospects.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales leads.
Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for sales representatives or field agents.
Market Research: Conducting surveys or gathering information about market trends and customer preferences.
Customer Follow-Up: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction or to promote additional products/services.
Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.
Maintaining Records: Recording details of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines: Following scripts and guidelines provided by the company for consistency and compliance.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams, managers, and other departments as needed.
Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
