Experience (Min & Max) - 06 Months To 04 Years
Job Location - Tin Factory, Bangalore

Job Description (Complete details)
Class Graduate with experience in any domain( Customer Service, Sales, Inbound / Outbound / Tele collection)
Language English + Hindi
6 Days working
1 Day Rotational off
Day Shift
Salary - 23000 CTC 20000 in hand (Incentives goes up to 15-20k Per Month )
Roles:
Calling for the customers to remind them of the due date of the installment.
Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.
Provide the options of payment channels for making the payment.
Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.
Ensure that all details of the calls & updates on collections are updated on the system as per the process.
