Job Overview
A fantastic opportunity for a Tele Collections Representative to join VCATCH, a leading BPO company in Bangalore. As a Tele Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a salary range of market competitive rates. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.
Qualifications And Skills
• Hindi is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in collections is a plus, but not required

• Contact customers via telephone to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes
• Update customer information and payment records accurately

• Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management
