Job Title: Telecaller (Freshers) - Skillcircle Chandigarh
Job Description: We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at Skillcircle Chandigarh as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential leads and convert them into admissions for our digital marketing course.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our digital marketing course
• Build rapport and engage with prospective students to understand their requirements
• Answer queries related to the course, admission process, and payment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to influence potential students
• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales and learning are also encouraged to apply
