Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Greet visitors and walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant department
Maintain visitor logs and ensure a clean, welcoming reception area
Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Telecaller Duties:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration services
Follow up with leads and update records
Answer inbound inquiries and provide information
Maintain accurate call logs and client communication records
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English
Presentable appearance and polite behavior
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Confidence in handling phone and face-to-face interactions
Experience in a similar role is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹8,805.81 - ₹17,000.00 per month
