Role & Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for product inquiries and order updates.
• Support the business development team in generating and following up on leads.
• Maintain client databases and track communication effectively.
• Assist in building long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Requirements
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in sales and business development.
• Ability to work from our HSR Layout office.
• Minimum 6 months of prior telemarketing/business development exposure preferred.
