Tele Marketing & Lead Generation Associate- US Market
Job Description
Overview
The Tele Marketing & Lead Generation Associate (US Markets) is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales team. The candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Tele Marketing & Lead Generation Associate is expected to:
· Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system).
· Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
· Inform customers about company's products/services and offers.
· Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
· Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
· Ability to be on call for a long time and familiar using dialer systems.
· Ability to work in US shifts.
· 1 year experience ₹15,000 per month + sales incentives + target incentives
· 1.5 years’ experience- Rs.18000 per month + sales incentives + target incentives
· 2 years’ experience Rs.20,000 per month + sales incentives + target incentives
Required experience and knowledge
· 1 year experience in US &UK telemarketing.
· Excellent client service skills.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
Technical Experience
· Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
