Role and Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within a designated territory or market segment.
Utilize lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to connect with prospects.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects via phone, email, and other digital channels.
Understand clients' logistics and shipping needs and challenges.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and value propositions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations remotely.
Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and showcase the benefits of the company's services.
Use digital tools for presentations, demos, and sharing documents.
Customized Solutions : Collaborate with the operations and pricing teams to design customized shipping solutions for clients.
Provide accurate and competitive price quotations based on client requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
Track and follow up on leads, ensuring they progress through the sales process.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Continuously work to increase revenue and market share.
Documentation and Record-Keeping : Accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and relevant details in the CRM system.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and tactics.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly.
Compliance and Ethical Standards : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Familiarity with international shipping and logistics processes.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
