Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
Introduce products/services to prospects and provide information on features, benefits, and pricing.
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs, preferences, and objections.
Answer questions and address concerns effectively to overcome objections and build trust.
Follow a scripted pitch or conversation flow while adapting communication style to each prospect.
Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage prospects to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments, requesting quotes, or making purchases.
Record accurate and detailed information about interactions and outcomes in CRM software or databases.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions and self-learning initiatives.
