1. Handle inbound & outbound calls.
2. Have a good rapport with the customer, understand his requirements and suggest the
customer with the right product.
3. Encourage the customer for Site Visit with regular follow ups.
4. Must Have Good verbal and written Communication Skills.
5. Good Listening Skills.
6. Experience: 0 to 1 Yrs in Tele calling.
7. Comfortable to work during weekends.
8. Must Be Confident, Committed, Ambitious and Friendly.

10. Should be able to speak and write in English & Should be able to speak well in Kannada.

Key Requirements:
∙ Must have good verbal & written communication skills
∙ Candidates should be able to speak Kannada & English fluently
∙ Weekend working (Saturday & Sunday)
∙ 6 days’ work & 1 day off during weekdays
∙ Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
∙ Preferably girls / women with two wheelers
∙ Willingness to learn and grow
∙ Should be self-motivated and aggressive.
∙ Candidates with 24 to 36 months experience in tele calling ( same or different industry) preferred
