Cold Calling Customers from dialer/phone
Educating them about the Products, Benefits & Services of Justdial
Understand customer needs & suggest products related to business advertisement
Converting Free listing to paid listing & to premium paid listing
TME are expected to deliver the following & associated skillsets need to be validated
Understanding customer needs
Clarity on Return on Investment
Suggesting right product
Presenting the value creation
Creating need to customer
Manage multiple appointments
Pre-Requisites
Minimum Graduate - Freshers / Experienced
Under-Graduates – Exceptions- with a strong track record in sales with 2+ years of experience
Strong Regional language fluency & basic English language proficiency
Salary (Per Annum)
Fresher : Upto 2.16L Fixed + Incentives
Experienced : Maximum 3.00L Fixed + Incentives
(Usually we offer upto 25% increment over their current salary).
Exceptions can be made based on candidates’ quality
Incentives are % of revenue collected by the executive and has no ceiling
