We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Telecalling intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for making calls to potential clients or customers with the purpose of promoting the service provided by our organization.The ideal candidate should be passionate about the work self-motivated, and be able to work independently

Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to generate leads and create sales opportunities.

Communicating the features, benefits, and advantages of the company's products and services.

Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and industry to effectively communicate with prospects.

Generating and maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status

Scheduling appointments and follow-up calls with potential customers or clients.

Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the effectiveness of the company's messaging and sales strategies.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting cold calling activities.

1. Making minimum 100 successful calls in a day and validating the status of leads

2. Follow up with cold calls

3. Creating at least 20% interested leads

4. Sending request to warm leads for appointment with the Directors

5. Follow up to close the lead

Requirements:

Familiarity with sales techniques and the sales process

Professional phone etiquette

Ability to manage rejection

Strong organizational skills for managing leads and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of the industry and product/service being sold.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
