Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote products or services.
Make outbound calls to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.
Provide information and answer queries about products or services, including features, pricing, and delivery options. Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.
Persuade customers to make a purchase by highlighting product benefits and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products or services. Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
Record and update customer information, inquiries, and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals
