Designation: Telemarketing Executive
Experience Required: 1 year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Location: Andheri East - Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Cold call people to generator appointment
Answer incoming calls from potential customers
Use scripts to provide information about various digital marketing services offered, features, prices etc. and present their benefits in front of them.
Ask appropriate questions to understand the customers requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how a service can meet their needs
Record the customers personal information accurately in a system for further discussions
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in the system
Coordinate with Field Sales team for closing and finalizing the appointment
