Previous experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales roles, preferably in the digital and education sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanour.
Basic understanding of digital products and educational services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
High level of empathy and active listening skills.
Adaptability to evolving market dynamics and changing client needs.
Proven ability to conduct independent research and take initiative.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
