Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive for the Digisurance process at Hexaware, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our insurance products. Your primary goal will be to generate sales revenue by converting leads and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects from provided leads and databases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products based on their needs.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and facilitate renewal of policies where applicable.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all sales processes.
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends through training sessions and materials provided.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 month Experience in Sales background

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
