Role Overview:
As a 'Tele Sales Executive', you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students via phone, providing information about IIDE's digital marketing courses, and converting leads into enrollments. You will be expected to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Reach out to potential students, promote IIDE's courses, and drive enrollments.
2. Sales Targets: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Student Engagement: Respond to student inquiries, provide course guidance, and maintain a positive relationship.
4. CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage data, and generate reports.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-2 years of tele sales experience, preferably in EdTech or education-related fields.
2. Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasive abilities, and goal orientation.
3. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
4. Location: The candidate must be based in Mumbai.
KPIs:
Achieve 60-80 calls per day and consistently meet sales and revenue goals.
