About the Internship:
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Introduce company products or services to customers and provide relevant information
• Engage in active listening to understand customers' needs and effectively address any questions or concerns they may have
• Persuasively communicate the benefits of the products or services offered by the company and highlight unique selling points
• Generate leads and identify opportunities for potential sales or appointments through effective questioning and probing techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including call logs, in the CRM system
• Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide regular feedback to the team lead or manager regarding customer responses, trends, or concerns
• Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a telecaller or similar role in a sales-driven environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers
• Strong persuasive skills to effectively present and promote products or services
• Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with using office productivity tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple calls and follow-up activities
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
