• Achieving the given sales target and meeting the defined productivity norms
• Using the provided scripts for conversation with the customers
• Obtain required customerinformationand relevantdetails
• Understanding the requirement of customers by asking questions
• Resolving customer queries related to the offered product services
• Suggesting solutions based on customer needs.
