Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to sell our health cover solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, explaining product features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Qualifications • Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to persuade and influence customers • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Target-oriented and results-driven • Ability to work well in a team • Good time management and organizational skills • Proficiency in using CRM software • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
