Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele Sales Executive, located in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, helping to generate new sales leads and promoting the company's products and services. Responsibilities also include responding to customer inquiries, conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a tele sales role, preferably in the financial industry and freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.Confident and convincing power ability.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
