Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our software products.
Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals by effectively closing deals.
Manage and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and a genuine interest in software sales.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical individuals.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office applications.
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
Flexibility to work in different shifts, as needed.
